Noel Brazil Song Contest

We’re delighted to be hosting the 3rd Noel Brazil Contemporary Song writing Competition for the 2016 Cork Folk Festival.
Due to the unprecedented success of last year’s competition and the fantastic song written and performed by Kevin Murphy and his brother we thought we’d do it all over again at The Crane Lane Theatre on Friday 2nd
October. So we’re looking for anyone with an original song to take part.
The rules are simple:
1. it has to be your song or a song played by someone you know.
2. The song must be played live with no more than one accompanist.
There are great prizes for the top three songs. Details to be announced.
